This is an advert for 2 adjoining rooms (1 furnished) on the 1st floor of the house with an open doorway between them giving you multiple options on how you use the space.
The bathroom is shared by just 3 rooms and is on the same floor.
There is a washing machine and separate tumble dryer as well as free WiFi.
It has a shared kitchen and lounge and is in a quiet area of Walcot in Swindon with easy on-street parking.
However, I expect you're more interested in the rent which you might think is unreasonably high. (I did put in 1 million, but it refused to accept it!) You're welcome to pay it or to offer something you feel is more realistic. All offers will be honestly considered.
