🚿 All En-suites (Room 3 has an ‘off-suite’ but it’s only used by you) with rain-showers.

🛌 Luxury beds with orthopaedic mattresses and plenty of under bed storage.

💤 Black out blinds for a restful sleep.

🚪 Room 5 has its own private entrance

🚪 Room 6 has its own kitchen with a fridge, oven, two hobs, microwave, toaster, washer/dryer.

👩🏼‍💻 Superfast fibre optic business-grade broadband with desks in bedrooms and a beautiful shared workstation that can be paired with dining.

🧹 Weekly cleaner for communal areas, cleaner can clean your room too (to be arranged separately)

🧼 we provide dishwasher tablets, bin liners and essential cleaning products so you don’t need to.

♨️Each floor has its own controlled heating system, so you’re in control of the temperature you want.

🚗 Two off-street parking spaces available (this will be allocated on a first come-first service basis)

Two further resident street parking permits are available and can be arranged separately via Swindon Borough Council.

🧺 You’ll have access to two washing machines , a tumble dryer, two ovens, a dishwasher and two huge fridge freezers with enough storage for each person. As room 6 has its own kitchen and washing facilities, you’ll only be sharing between 5.

All of our rooms are for single occupancy only.

💰 One month’s rent is required as a security deposit which will be protected under the government’s Tenancy Deposit Protection scheme.

💰 An additional refundable holding fee (equivalent to one week’s rent) is required to secure the room of your choice once viewed. The holding fee is non-refundable if credit checks are failed, applicant decides not take the room, ‘right to rent’ failures or failed employment and previous landlord references.
