There is a single room for rent, which would suit someone who spends most of the time at work, and needs an affordable and clean place to sleep/stay in.
Room has a single ikea bed with a quality mattress.
Small wardrobe with plenty of space.
Small desk with 2nd screen available and chair.
GP - 5 min walk
Orbital Shopping Centre (Nandos, Costa, Boots, Asda) - 7 min walk
Morrisons - 5 min walk
Manor Farm Pub - 5 min walk
Parks and lots of places you can go for walks or jog.
There is a bathroom upstairs and a cloakroom downstairs which are shared with another person.
I am usually away with work for weeks and you will have plenty of space and quiet.
Quiet location with no through roads.
Plenty of parking on the road.
All bills, including council tax are included.
No shared living space, unfortunately.
