Lovely spacious double room

I have a lovely room to rent in the sought after Tadpole Garden Village. Opposite the pub and less than a minute walk to the nearest bus stop to Orbital or town centre.

It is currently unfurnished, but I've included a picture AI generated of how it could look like with a bed. I can provide the bed and furnish it, or you can bring your own. We can discuss together.

I have 2 cats and 2 dogs (jack russell) they are very friendly, and so the house is suitable for people who love animals.

I don't have an ensuite, but there are 2 bathrooms in the house, one with shower and one without. So easily shared.

I have fast internet (I work from home 2 days a week), and in the rent all the bills are included.

Use of the shared kitchen and living room included. I have also a very lovely and spacious garden, perfect for relaxing during the lovely summer days.
One parking space available as well.

I would prefer to share with a female professional. I'm a relaxed female professional, I enjoy cooking, playing the piano (I have headphones so won't bother you!) and watching TV. I love going out with the dogs and explore nearby nature walks. I'm quiet and respectful of your personal space. I once rented out a room with a live-in landlady, so I've been on the "other side" of the deal and can relate.
