Good size double (approx 4 x 5 m) in stylish house in Town Centre. The room is fully furnished and the house fully equipped with eg. washer/dryer, freezer and hi-speed wifi etc. Along with a shared kitchen and 2 bathrooms, there is also a sunny living room and outside courtyard. Parking is by permit - to be arranged by tenants.

This is a house for over 25s only - all tenants are working and respectful of others. A cleaner comes every 2 weeks but tenants are expected to maintain the shared areas in between and to manage rubbish etc.
