Spare room (with parking) - £600 PCM

I have a furnished-ready spare room available in a quiet, clean and tidy house. The room currently has a small double bed with a brand-new mattress, although there is no other furniture at present. I’m happy to buy additional furniture if needed, but if you have your own furniture, that’s absolutely fine too.

The room has a huge built-in wardrobe measuring approximately 6ft wide, 3ft deep and 8ft tall, so there is plenty of storage space. There is also additional storage underneath the bed.

The rent is £600 per month, with all bills included — Wi-Fi, electricity, gas, water, council tax and TV licence.

You’ll have shared use of the kitchen and bathroom with just one other person, as well as full use of the living room. There is also a summer house in the garden which you’re welcome to use. There is plenty of off-road parking available.

I’m in my 30s and work in London three days a week. I’m also usually out for one day over the weekend, so the house is generally quiet and you’ll have plenty of space and privacy. The house is always kept clean and tidy.

There are also two cats who come and go during the day, so a fellow cat lover would be a big bonus!

The location is excellent:
• Around 25 minutes’ walk to the train station
• 30 seconds from the nearest GP and pharmacy
• Around 10 minutes’ drive to the town centre
• Very quiet neighbourhood
• Woodland just behind the house, around a one-minute walk away

You must be in employment.

I’m looking for £600 pcm, bills included. I’m keen to find someone who is respectful, clean and tidy and who will treat the house as their home. But also good humoured and enjoy conversations!
