One room is a bedroom and the other could be used as a lounge, office or second bedroom. Both rooms are unfurnished.

Shared use of the kitchen and bathroom with one other lodger and the landlord.

Both rooms to be let under the same agreement.

Single parking space available.

Wi-Fi and household bills included.

Looking for a long-term lodger (minimum 12 months)

No pets or other animals.
No smoking or vaping anywhere on the property, including the garden.

Suitable for one or two people.

Total (both rooms) + shared bathroom+kitchen £900 per month, bills included.
