The house is located across from the Designer Outlet Village in Rodbourne. A 20 minute walk to town or a short bus journey.

There is on street parking which is never a problem and no permit is required.

There are two big fridges with ample freezer space in the well equipped kitchen which also includes a tumble dryer and washing machine.

There is garden furniture for the summer and a secure garage for additional storage.

The other tenants are all young professionals with different work patterns so mornings are usually nicely staggered.
