The kitchen includes two fridges, a freezer, microwave and washing machine. A further freezer and tumble dryer is also at the property (in the garage at the back of the house).

The house is walking distance to both the town centre and outlet village - both can be reached within five - ten minutes on foot.

Locally there is a good selection of convenience stores, pubs and restaurants, including Greek, Italian and Indian restaurants.

There is on street residents parking available as well as a garage at the rear of the property.

The room that will be available is a large double room which has a wardrobe, a chest of drawers, and a double bed, two bedside tables and a sofa. It comes with blackout curtains for a good night's sleep, bed linen is also available.
