The room will consist of a bed with a large white wardrobe with separate chest of drawers and bed side cabinet. all bedrooms have access to wifi fibre optic broadband. All the bedroom doors have a key operated lock with the option of open latch (no key) if preferred.

Shared living room consists of two sofas, tv bench and 37 inch tv. dining room table with four chairs.

Kitchen has two fridges, a microwave, electric induction heat hob, oven and kettle, plenty of cupboard space. Separate washing machine and tumble drier in the utility area and a chest freezer in the lean to.

There is also bike storage with rear access to a large shed at the back of the garden/patio.
