Furnished small double room available in a professional house share on the borders of Swindon Old Town and the town centre.

The current housemates are looking for someone who is clean and tidy in the communal areas. 

All bills included- council tax, electricity, gas, water, fibre optic broadband and fortnightly cleaner for communal areas.

All tenants are referenced and vetted to make sure they are suitable for a friendly shared environment.

The room consists of a double bed a large white wardrobe with separate chest of drawers. The bedroom will have access to fibre optic broadband. The bedroom door has a key operated lock. 

The kitchen has two fridges, and separate freezer, two microwaves, electric hob and oven, separate washing machine and tumble drier in the utility area. Garden/patio area.

There are two parking permits available via swindon borough council. Please  indicate if you require a parking permit and I'll check with the current housemates to see if one is available.
