We have a lovely double room available in a recently refurbished house in Old Town in Swindon. It is on a quiet street and you would be sharing with just two other people, so if you are looking for a nice room in a friendly house share then this could be the place for you!

The room available is a good size double room, with a double bed, chest of drawers, desk and chair, a smart TV, wardrobe and bedside cabinet.

There is also a shared living room with 43 inch 4K TV and 100 MB Virgin Broadband.

The bathroom has a shower with constantly available hot water.. This is shared with just one other housemate as the other housemate has their own en suite bathroom.

Each room is fully furnished and comes with blackout curtains for a good night's sleep.

The kitchen includes a fridge-freezer, microwave, dishwasher and washing machine with tumble dryer.

The house is walking distance to both the town centre and the pubs and restaurants of Old Town - both can be reached within five - ten minutes on foot.

Locally there is a good selection of convenience stores, pubs and restaurants, including Spanish, Italian and Indian restaurants.

There is on street residents parking available as well as a parking space at the rear of the property.

We are looking for a non smoking housemate who is happy to share this lovely home with the other housemates (two professional males in their thirties)

We're also members of the National Residential Landlord Association (NRLA).
