Furnished Double room available in a professional house share on the borders of Swindon Old Town.

The current housemates are looking for someone who is quite and clean & tidy in the communal areas.

All tenants are referenced and vetted to make sure they are suitable for a friendly shared environment.

The room consists of a double bed a large white wardrobe with separate chest of drawers. The bedroom will have access to fibre optic broadband. The bedroom door has a key operated lock.

Kitchen has two fridges, a microwave, induction hob, oven, plenty of cupboard space. Separate washing machine and tumble drier in the utility area and a freezer in the lean to.

There is a ground floor bathroom with a separate toilet
