Clean and tidy house near Regent Circus, walking distance to shops, train/bus stations and restaurants. Fully fitted kitchen with all cutlery and utensils provided. There's also a built in oven, hob and washing machine.

Each room is fully furnished with double beds, wardrobes, chest of draws, computer desks AND has it's own wash basin. There's a large a large flat screen TV in the lounge. Each room also has a TV aerial socket connected to the digital aerial and its own key.

All utility bills, council tax, maintenance repairs and high-speed up to 350Mb/sec fibre optic wireless broadband included.

Vacuum, iron and ironing board are provided for everyone's use.

We're looking for someone clean, tidy and friendly to join the house. There are two girls and two boys already living in the house. Must be sociable and keen to meet others :)

First and last month's rent required.
