There is a large bathroom with roll top bath and separate shower (which you’ll have virtually sole use of- I work away a lot and the other lodger has an en-suite). There is a farm house kitchen with large range gas cooker and washing machine, and breakfast room with French doors to the garden. Cosy sitting room and a further dining room. Lovely garden in the summer.

The house has gas central heating and broad band; utility bills are included in the rent. A cleaner comes once a month to clean the bathrooms and kitchen and the cost of this is split - £30 per month each on top of the rent.

The house is 10 minutes walk from the town centre and train station. Regular trains to Bath (20 mins), Bristol (40 mins) and London (1 hour 40 mins). On street parking is available.

I am looking for a clean tidy professional. I work in away a lot and am only home odd weekends. There is one other lodger, a clean quite male in his late 20s, who works in IT. He has an ensuite room, so does not share the bathroom.
