Please note that our house rules require tenants to be mindful of living in a shared house. This includes keeping noise down as there are often people working different shift patterns. We ask that tenants do not bring multiple guests into the house to respect others’ privacy and security. Tenants are asked to keep the communal areas clean and tidy, wash up dishes in the kitchen and keep bathrooms clean.
