Double Room

I am looking to fill a double room. This room comes furnished with large windows.

This is a shared space with me, the live-in landlady, my daughter, dog and another renter. You will have access to the dishwasher and range cooker. I have two fridges/freezers and two washer dryers. You will have to share one with my other housemate as mine is shared with the dog.

I have a courtyard garden, which you can enjoy when the weather is nice, and there is off-road car parking on a first come, first serve basis. You will also have access to the garage, which you can store small items.

I am close to the town centre.
Approximately a 9 minute drive to Bradford-on-avon. A half an hours drive to Bath. And an hours drive to Bristol. There is a train station, which is a 15-minute walk away.

I am a friendly, easy going person. I am passionate about all things creative. I work part time as a receptionist and I also run my own business. I spend my week nights at home, but I tend to go away on the weekends to visit friends and family. Occasionally, they come over to stay with me, but I have another spare room they can sleep in.

I am ideally looking for an easy going, professional, tidy and clean person, someone who plays musical instruments or doesn't mind them being played. I also require someone who loves dogs as mine craves attention. I may also need occasional help to feed and give the dog company when I am running late or having to attend appointments.

The rent includes a small fee for a monthly cleaner.

I will require two separate references a deposit and an additional one month's rent to be paid up front.
