A very easy going and quiet place to live. Big and modern, clean and tidy inside and there is parking outside and a garden.

Looking for a working professional who is not into parties, drink or drugs as it's a nice house and I want to keep it nice with nice people.

The room comes fully furnished with bed, mattress, quilt and bedding and WIFI. USB Sockets are everywhere in the home.

There is a large kitchen with breakfast bar and Island and TV plus a beautiful large lounge with huge TV.

You will have to pay one months rent plus a month's deposit which will go into a deposit scheme.

I am a live in Landlord and have 2 dogs who are very friendly. Its a very laid back and friendly house. Im sure you wont be dissappionted so come take a look. It's a very quiet area here.

Absolutely no drugs will be tolerated here and no heavy drinkers please as its a nice household.

A full credit check is not always necessary but I will need to check some details and background.

The house has a band C EPC rating.

Full gas central heating.

None smokers..

It's a Male preferred household as it's less complicated.

A cleaner comes in once a month but ultimately you are responsible for keeping the place clean like everyone else who lives there.
