We have a cosy top-floor bedroom available in our 4-bedroom townhouse, just a short walk from the town centre and next to the supermarket. The room overlooks the main road, which quiets down after 10pm.
You’ll be sharing with two professionals – one works from home full-time, the other on a hybrid basis – and our friendly dog, who is very much part of the household. It’s a quiet and respectful home, and we’re looking for someone who values the same.
We do ask for some clear boundaries around use of the kitchen and living room to help everyone feel comfortable and not get in each other’s way.
Ideal for a tidy, considerate person looking for a calm and well-located place to live. Please note we’re currently looking for a female lodger - it’s simply a preference based on the current setup of the home.
