2 rooms to let together, one bedroom, one living.

Double bedroom with fitted storage and bed. Second room that can be used as a study/ work space/private living room. Nice airy space with plenty of storage and scope for adding your own bits. I’m happy to remove any furniture you don’t want/need except for the fitted units in the bedroom. The bedroom and sitting room are open plan and nicely placed for privacy .
I have a dog, he is not allowed upstairs but you must be dog friendly.
The house is Victorian and a little quirky.
I am sociable but not loud and prefer similar in a house mate. The other resident is also sociable and chatty but not loud and we both like our own space . There is only one bathroom so we are respectful of each others needs when it comes to getting ready for work in the morning. This is important, as is use of the kitchen space. We are both tidy and clean especially in shared areas.
