The bedroom

Seeking a respectful, clean and tidy, busy, working person, who values a calm and peaceful living environment and who will enjoy my lovely light and airy, colourful home. All freshly decorated.

I’m a single, professional gardener and artist. I work 4 days a week, off weekends. I enjoy meeting friends, being out and about, reading, art courses, cooking and relaxing at home.
I have a gorgeous, affectionate cat called Dillon. He’s 12.

The house is a spacious, modern, three storey town house. Situated 10 minutes walk from town, 8 minutes from Trowbridge train station, and the regular bus from Bath to Warminster stops just outside.

Living accommodation is on the first floor. Stunning countryside views at the rear and a balcony and patio garden.
The house has underfloor heating and is lovely and warm in winter.

Well equipped kitchen with oven, dishwasher, microwave, washing machine. Plenty of cupboard space; crockery, pans, utensils etc provided.
Open plan dining area and lounge. I don’t have a TV but you are welcome to set up your own in the bedroom.

The en-suite room is light and comfortable. Plenty of storage; large built in wardrobe, desk, double bed and easy chair.
Private en-suite shower room.

Available from 23rd July.

All bills and cleaning included.
On street parking across the road.
Secure storage for a bike in the garage.
