Spacious Double Room Available

I’ve got a spacious, furnished double room available in my home.

Rent is £650 a month for a single person or £850 a month for a couple, as the extra rent helps cover the additional household bills.

The house has everything you need, including Wi-Fi, a fully equipped kitchen, washing machine, and all the everyday essentials. If there’s anything reasonable that would make you feel more at home, I’m happy to have a chat about it.

You’ll also be sharing the house with my two lovely English Bulldogs, so you’ll need to be a dog lover! They’re friendly, love a fuss, and are a big part of the household.

I’m just looking for someone who’s easy-going, tidy, and respectful, who wants a relaxed place to call home rather than just somewhere to sleep.
