Outside at the rear of the property, accessed via the lounge patio doors, there is a small courtyard for drying clothes or for BBQ's.
There is free parking at the front of the property and also free overnight parking from 6pm to 8am at the car park nearby.
There is also a private parking space in the gated area to the rear of the property, which is available for an extra £15/month.
The rent is £525/month including gas, water, electric and council tax.
The superfast broadband costs are payable to the tenant in Room 1 at a cost of £10/month each.
The tenants pay £12/month direct to a cleaner to keep the communal areas clean and tidy.
