You have your own PERSONAL PRIVATE EN-SUITE SHOWER ROOM, so no curly hairs, or worse from someone else to welcome you each morning.

The room has also been completely redecorated and carpets have been professionally cleaned.

There is a double bed and mattress with a brand new Luxury mattress cover, supplied on the first day. In addition, the room has matching double wardrobe, bedside cabinet and workstation with a comfortable, upholstered chair.

The room has loads of natural light, throughout the day and early evenings and a black out blind for the nights.

This is a really friendly, easy going house in a quiet Cul-de-sac, so it really will not suit a party animal.

You are free to come and go as you wish, but the rooms are for SINGLE OCCUPANCY ONLY, so although guests are welcome, overnight stays are not the norm.

There is a wall mounted flat screen Freeview TV, with a moveable arm so it can be viewed from any angle and there is Virgin Dual band Wifi, all included.

There is a high gloss shared kitchen and utility room, with plenty of personal storage space in the cupboards and each of the TWO full size Fridge Freezers. TWO separate ovens and a microwave, for busy times! and everything else is supplied, down to the last tea spoon.

There is a washing machine, Steam iron, Ironing board, drying frame, plus rotary washing lines in the garden, with a spacious garden shed (not in photos).

The house is situated at the end of a quiet avenue, with easy access to all major transport routes by foot or by car. There is free off road parking, gardens and a shed for storage.
