Double room in homely period property

We are looking for a friendly house mate to join us in our shared home in Trowbridge.

Our ideal housemate is a single, full-time employed, non-smoker who is happy to share care of the house and contribute to a harmonious environment.

There are four housemates sharing in double rooms plus landlord’s accommodation. We have a shared TV lounge, dining room, kitchen, with a bathroom and separate shower room. We have full fibre Wifi coverage included.

The house is centrally located in Trowbridge with easy access to all amenities and within a 10 min walk of the train station. The property has retained many of its original features with some exposed beams, stone flagstones, wood cabinets and a wood burner in the dining room, making for a very cosy environment.

The double bedroom is spacious, recently refurbished, carpeted, and furnished with a double bed, desk, fitted wardrobe and chest of drawers.

The rent is £550 per month which includes all bills and cleaning of shared areas. A month’s deposit will be required.

I love music of all sorts, walking, gardening and outdoor pursuits.
