We have a double furnished room for single occupancy. We are looking for a female lodger to share predominantly with two other females (myself and my daughter: 51 and 19). My son may be here from end-June (21).
The house is situated in a quiet spot on the south edge of town. 10-15 mins walk to the High Street, slightly further to the train station.
Fully fitted shared kitchen, upstairs bathroom and separate downstairs shower room. Garden with patio. Comfortable lounge with log burner. Washing machine.
Bills included. Fast WiFi. Can be set up to work from home.
We have 1 dog, a seven year old cocker spaniel, and there is the possibility of payment in exchange for some walks. We also have a 14 year old cat.
