Looking for a house mate!

Available from 1st August

I’m looking for a friendly, tidy housemate to share my spacious two-bedroom house in the heart of Warminster. The room will be available from 1st August as my current housemate is moving out.

The house is in a great central location, with shops, pubs, cafés, and other local amenities just a short walk away. It also has a good-sized garden, perfect for relaxing in the warmer months.

You’ll have access to a shared bathroom, a spacious living room, a fully equipped kitchen, and the garden. The house has plenty of space, so it never feels cramped.

A bit about me: I’m sociable, friendly, easy-going, and like to keep the house clean and tidy. I’m looking for someone with a similar attitude who is respectful, considerate, and happy to share a relaxed home.

The rent is mainly to cover the household bills, so I’m looking for someone who wants a comfortable, affordable place to live rather than just somewhere to sleep.
