Your own full size freeze freezer for your exclusive use and kitchen storage space provided. Use of crockery and cookware and all kitchen utensils. Storage for a bicycle here. I offer accommodation to graduates only. I have had graduate scheme lodgers from Bet365, vets, Government graduate programme employees and teachers and BAE systems employees. If interested, I ask for £100 upfront to secure the agreement which I deduct from the first month’s rent. £50 of this is non refundable if you do not follow through and move in. You will be issued with a legally binding short term assured tenancy agreement for six months with 4 week notice period required.
