I live in Westbury at Bitham Park. I have one good sized double bedrooms available, furnished or unfurnished. Myself and One of other lodger live in the property.

Property is 4 bed, with a large shared family bathroom with shower over bath.

Big living room which is fully furnished with sky TV. Broadband included throughout the property.
Open plan kitchen/dining room leading onto a decked area and good sized garden. Parking is available on drive and also street parking is plentiful.
The property is situated on a quiet residential area in short walking distance to supermarkets and a 20 min walk to the train station which has regular fast links to London, Bath and Bristol etc. Good local pubs and restaurants are in walking distance too.

Short term or long term let are welcome and happy to consider a Mon-Friday business let also.

I am looking for housemates to be considerate to others in the house whilst being at home of course. Someone who is respectfully house tidy especially in communal areas, whilst being happy to muck in with running a hoover round and taking the bins out!!

I am away with work a fair bit however do enjoy a drink at the pub, BBQ and beers in the garden as well as chilling out. I am easy going and enjoy other peoples company however its important to me to have a tenant that will love my home as much as I do
