Your room

Hi, We are a married couple looking to rent out our good size spare room.
The room. Will have its own bathroom with shower and bath.
It's a 3 story town house, about a 10min walk from town and 15min walk from the train station.
We are on the top floor and you will basically have the middle floor to yourself :)
The ground floor has the kitchen and living room, leading out to the garden with large shed which you will have access to. Living room is not shared but you can walk through to get to garden space.
We both work full time and some weekends and ideally looking for a professional, tidy person to live with us.
We love to travel and definitely looking for someone who is laud back and easy going to fit in with our lifestyle.
We have 2 house cats (Rocket & Mantis) who will probably be all in your space and loves to play so you will have to be a cat person to live here 🤣
It's £550 per month which includes all bills.
