Hi, We are a married couple looking to rent out the top floor of our 3 story town house in Westbury.
Ideally looking for a tidy, professional person who will fit in with our hard working but easy going lifestyle :)
The house is a short walk to the town centre and train station so ideal for a working professional.
You will have use of the kitchen and garden whenever you like, with the top floor being your space to do with as you wish.
The room will be furnished but not with everything you see in the photos as we will be moving to the middle floor bedroom.
We also have a house cat (Rocket) who will likely follow you around so liking cats is probably a must :)
The room is plenty big enough to have your own desk or sofa aswell as a double bed which is great for feeling like you have your own space x
We are asking £600 per month which will include all bills and Internet.
