Seeking a quiet professional to share our new home. Must be clean and courteous Beautiful new home. Large room. Choice of beds -queen electric adjustable or very firm double divan. Both brand new. Wardrobe. Dressing table and chair. Chest of drawers long mirror. Two three-drawer bedside tables lamps under bed storage and chair. Room is 9’7” by 12’. Has a black out blind and curtains. Currently sole use of large bathroom. Use of x large kitchen diner, with air-fryer, a m wave and toaster. No home workers. We have terrier. References will be confirmed. Full contract will need to be signed. Including ID check - right-to-rent etc. Own cupboard in kitchen. Shared use of fridge freezer -own shelf/drawers. One short clothes wash a week if needed. Those seeking 4 or 3 nights should email us for rates. Bedding provided. Bills for water and utilities - at reasonable and fair use are included, subject to first 4 weeks assurance checks.
