2 rooms to let in family home

1 double room and 1 single room available. This is a busy household with children so please do not apply if you need a quiet and mess-free environment! References will also be required. There is shared use of the main bathroom and the kitchen and enough space on the street for parking. Whilst we are of course friendly we prefer tenants to who like to keep to themselves as we have busy schedules with the kids etc. There is no shared use of the living room. Double room comes furnished with wardrobe, drawers, bedside table and double bed with storage underneath. Single room comes furnished with clothes rail, desk and daybed with storage underneath. You are welcome to bring extra furnishings and we can store any furnishings you don’t need.
