2 large fully furnished double rooms one with ensuite and the other with it's own private bathroom. Both with built-in wardrobes available in my quiet, well-equipped home, located in the heart of the peaceful village of Whiteparish (SP5).

A beautiful village church
Countryside walks with spectacular views

You’ll be joining a friendly, welcoming community—tenants who’ve moved to the village have quickly found themselves part of local life. There are also good bus links to both Salisbury and Southampton.

As for the house:
It’s clean, comfortable, and has everything you’ll need
I work Monday to Friday and am often out in the afternoons, sometimes working from home, the house has a calm, respectful atmosphere

You’ll also be sharing the home with a very affectionate and chilled 16-year-old cat

I’m looking for someone tidy, respectful, and sociable—someone who appreciates a peaceful setting, I sometime host evenings but you will be made aware in advance or even offered to join in.
