Shared areas include a spacious kitchen/dining area with separate utility room, and a living room with a 77” OLED TV, Sky Q, and various games consoles.
Large bathroom which will be mostly for lodger use as we have an ensuite, however technically not exclusive use.
About us - We are a friendly couple who keep active and enjoy cooking.
Looking for a clean and tidy professional aged 20-40 to share our home with, but unfortunately cannot accommodate pets, as we already have a cat.
The room is available from 10th Oct, with the possibility of a little flex depending on circumstances.
