Lovely light room on the top floor a family home in Winterslow.

Available for full time let (short-term) or longer-term Mon-Fri let.

Rate varies dependent on occupancy:
Full time let: £650 pcm+ council tax (approx £90 pcm)
Mid-week only let: £475 pcm
Extended mid-week let (Sun-Fri): £550 pcm
There is some flexibility on a mid-week rental if you need to stay some weekends.

Set up:
Please note that whilst this isn't a full house share (the lounge is kept as family space) I'm looking for a friendly, relaxed person who I can get to know and have a chat while cooking etc, but who also values their own space.

Furnished room with double bed, bedside cabinet, lamp, armchair, chest of drawers, hooks for hangers. A desk is available if required.

Sole use of private shower room, adjacent to bedroom, with heated towel rail. Bedding and towels provided if required.

Access to shared kitchen amenities (oven, microwave, air fryer, dishwasher), and 'breakfast' bar for dining. Washing machine available, plus access to garden if desired.

The room and bathroom should be kept clean and shared areas left as they are found - nothing formal, just consideration for shared living.

Free street parking and access to garage should you wish to store a bike/motorbike.

Most bills (including WiFi) included.
Council tax is payable for full time occupants (or if not paying council tax elsewhere). Band C – approx £90 pcm contribution.

We have a very friendly cat - it would be a bonus if you are happy to top up his (dry) food if we're not around.

Location:
Winterslow is a large village to the east of Salisbury, just off the A30 and close to Porton Down. The village has a shop with post office and a pub. Various takeaway vans visit during the week.
