Lovely light room on the top floor a family home in Winterslow.

Available for short-term, full time let, or longer-term Mon-Fri let.

Price structure is as follows:
Full time let: £650 pcm+ council tax (approx £90 pcm)
Mid-week only let: £475 pcm
Extended mid-week let (Sun-Fri): £550 pcm
There is some flexibility if a mid-week lodger needs to stay some weekends.

The room has a double bed, bedside cabinet with lamp, armchair, chest of drawers and hooks for hangers. A desk can be put in the room if required.

Sole use of private shower room, adjacent to bedroom, with heated towel rail. Bedding and towels provided if required.

Access to shared kitchen amenities (including oven, microwave, air fryer and dishwasher), and 'breakfast' bar for dining. Washing machine is also available as well as access to garden if desired.

Free street parking and access to garage should you wish to store a bike/motorbike.

Most bills (including WiFi) included. Council tax will need to be paid if renting full time (Band C – contribution approx £90 pcm).

Please note that we have a very friendly cat.

Winterslow is a large village to the east of Salisbury, just off the A30 and in close proximity to Porton Down. The village has a shop with post office and a pub. Various takeaway vans visit the village during the week.
