I have a double room available to rent in a comfortable, welcoming home.

The room is partially furnished and includes a brand-new storage bed and a high-quality, comfortable mattress. If you would like to personalise the room, you would be more than welcome to decorate or paint it to suit your own taste.

About the Home

I am a laid-back, easy-going live-in landlord who wants to create a relaxed and respectful living environment. You would be welcome to enjoy the shared living spaces rather than feeling confined to your room.

There is driveway parking available for two cars, and you would be sharing the communal areas exclusively with me.

I am not looking to rent out the second bedroom, as this will be used by my seven-year-old daughter when she stays overnight, which is on average once a week.

Additional Benefits

* Cleaner included: A cleaner currently visits for two hours every fortnight at no additional cost. I may look to increase the frequency if needed and mutually agreed.
* Parking: Space available on the driveway for two cars.
* Personalise your room: Decorating and painting are welcome, subject to agreement.

A Few Things to Note

* No smokers, please.
* I hold an Enhanced DBS certificate, which is registered with the monthly Update Service. This may be particularly advantageous for someone who also holds an Enhanced DBS certificate.
