I’m looking for the right person to share my lovely Victorian home in Bewdley.

This is a little different from a standard room rental, as you would have exclusive use of two rooms and your own bathroom, giving you plenty of private space. The rest of the property would be shared as a home, including the kitchen and living areas.

I’m not at the house all of the time, so I’m looking for someone reliable, respectful and easy-going who would like somewhere comfortable to treat as their home rather than simply renting a bedroom.

£700 per calendar month, plus an agreed share of the household bills.
