- Bedroom is furnished (just waiting for the bed to be delivered from Bensons due 30th November). New Emma Pro hybrid mattress.
- Fitted wardrobes with lots of storage space including mount for TV.

Single occupancy room (no guests). House share with myself (40 year old male) and my Border Terrier called Mouse (she is quiet and well trained) currently living in the house, we are clean & tidy living and easy going so looking for someone similar. Another professional type would be ideal. There are two lounges so plenty of room to have your own space.
