Room to let in Lovely Bromsgrove House

The House :)

I'm looking for one person to share my lovely home in Bromsgrove, Worcestershire.

Outside smoking only though!!

There's a shared bathroom and downstairs toilet too, so you shouldn't have to que.

The utilities, Council tax & Internet access bills are included, as is wifi, (but Not Telephone!!).

I have a garage so if you have a bicycle there is storage space.

Parking is at the side of house on the road.

The House is centrally heated, alarmed and secure.

I'm a live in landlord, but working away 95% of the time, so rarely there - I therefore want the people I choose to share my home with me to feel like it's their home too and respect it as such.

I'm not looking for any 'party animals' but that's not saying it won't be a fun place to live.
