Village location close to all amenities; shops, bus stop, doctor's surgery and takeaways.

Rather than having a lodger it would be more appropriate to say that I was looking to find someone who would feel at home here and may even share a few drinks with in the evening.

Fully furnished double room with wardrobe, double divan bed and bedside draws.

Rent includes all bills inc Council Tax and wifi.

The house is clean, clutter-free , nicely decorated and I'd like to find someone who is respectful of their living environment, friendly, clean & tidy.

You need to have a good attitude to cleaning up after yourself! .... "leave it as you would like to find it" . 😃

I would like an honest, friendly, happy & respectful person to share my home.

A dog also lives in the property, so please consider that this is her home too. You also need to be an understanding dog lover, as she can be nervous until she gets to know you.
