Well presented Large Double bedroom

The room is an attic bedroom in our 5 bedroom victorian semi-detached house and I am the live-in landlord along with my partner Giedre (she is Lithuanian I am English).

its a very large and spacious house comprising of 5 double bedrooms (2 ensuite) a master bathroom and a downstairs office that my self and Giedre will be working from.

we have a large living room with 3 sofas, original wooden floors and large bay windows at the front of the property. there is a large 4k tv with Netflix and prime tv and you are more than welcome to sit and watch what ever you like.

there is also an equally large kitchen and separate dining room fully furnished.

there is parking for 3 cars on the front (first come first serve)

we also have a beautiful dog called Luna (alaskan malamute) who is super friendly and doesn't bark.

the other tenants have been here a number of years and we all get on very well, often going out for meals or cooking for each other, or playing tennis.

we are 2 minutes walk from the Lido Park where we take luna for walks daily as well as playing tennis on the free tennis courts.

its about 5 minute walk into the town centre as well.
