The house has one large communal area - kitchen/ dining area, with a Smart 50 inch TV; including 2 large fridge freezers, microwave, kettle, toaster, kitchen utensils, washing machine and tumble dryer! There is also a private gated rear garden perfect for chilling out in the summer months.

The room is a spacious studio with plenty natural light, this room also includes an en-suite.

Housemates:
This is a professional house share so we would prefer other working professionals. We are looking for similar like-minded housemates. Smokers are welcome, but you are required to smoke outside.
