You will have majority access to the bathroom as the other tenant has their own bathroom upstairs. I travel a lot for work so I’m not there very often however you will be sharing the bathroom with myself whenever I’m there. The other tenant doesn’t work remotely so they’re away during normal work hours.

There’s a fully equipped kitchen with a brand new ninja dual air fryer, new microwave, new toaster/kettle, new washer/dryer machine, 65 inch oled TV with surround sound which comes with access to my Netflix account. Gas/central heating also.

I’ve also added some garden furniture. I will provide new additional pillows and bedding.
