I am renting out a double room in this period house.
The house has a large communal kitchen diner, with a smart TV. Alexa to share favourite music.
This is a clean and tidy house - and we are very polite and considerate to each other. It would be lovely to keep that positive feeling. Smoking is allowed, but only in the garden.
