A car would be of benefit as the property is not within walking distance of shops, however only a couple of minutes stroll to the Tardebigge canal, so if you like walking or running it’s a great location for the outdoors. Also only a 3 minute walk to the local Ale House and the Tardebigge pub if you like the odd beverage or two, with good food and entertainment. Opposite a large meadow, and lovely woodland walks right on your doorstep.

I've had 6 lodgers over the last 8 years, they have all stayed for a minimum of 1 1/2 years they have all loved living here. They have only moved out when relocating or buying their own properties. I'm still in touch with all of them and have become good friends with many.

This would very much be your home and not a HMO. You have full use of the whole downstairs of the house with myself and Fred the chocolate lab.

I’m an easy going, approachable, and fun person who likes to keep a tidy house. I’m looking for a likeminded tenant who likes the odd chat over a cuppa or a beer.

We do have two additional tenants, my chocolate Labrador Fred who will be making the final decision so bring treats……. you will need to be a dog lover…

Also I have shared 50% custody of my 5 year old son Finn. He is here 2 days one week and 5 days the next, however he's obviously at school in the daytime, in bed by 8pm (as am I these days!), and we're out and about a lot of the time or away weekends in our campervan so you will have the house to yourself on many occasions too.

It's a 4 bedroom property, so plenty of space for everyone to do their own thing. You have your own room with private bathroom and three social areas to chill out in, as well as the large kitchen to cook and bake should you fancy!

Finn's a cool kid and considers himself a lodger too!

This room may also suit a single parent who has part time custody of a small child, I've had a single Dad live here before with his 6 year old for 2 1/2 years. If this is the case the rent would be £650 per month.

Either way the room would suite most people, my last tenant was a Solicitor who worked from home many days, she's been here for 1 1/2 years and loved it. Only moved out when buying her own property.
