This advert is for one spare double room as part of a fully furnished property. All bills will be shared by landlord and occupants. This is a house share with a live-in landlord. The available room is a rear-facing bedroom with a supplied double-bed and furniture.

The property has two bathrooms with the upstairs bathroom including a walk-in shower and large bath tub. The property is decorated and has everything you need including a large garden.

The property is located approximately 2 minutes from the Kidderminster Railway Station and has resident parking available which can be purchased through Wyre Forest Council. Plenty of shops/local amenities available nearby.

The landlord is a professional, working allocated shifts and so the new resident must be considerate of this as the favour will be returned. Non-professionals will be considered of course following vetting.

The available bedroom will come with a new double-bed/mattress and a chest of drawers/wardrobe. Downstairs is a shared living space including a living-room with Super-fast Virgin Broadband, dining room and modern kitchen with electric ovens hobs and all appliances you’d need with further investment being made into the property and its contents in due course.
