We stay in the downstairs section of the house with our own bed, kitchen, toilet and entrance so you can be unaware we are there. We also have a property in Manchester so spend some time there too.

Absolutely NO SMOKING inside the house but there is a designated smoking area outside of the front.

We live in the downstairs part of the house and don’t use any of upstairs which is for the lodgers.
