Rooms available 5min walk to Brintons park, 20min walk to town centre/5 min drive. House shared with two other mature adults in the other rooms. Suitable for single person or couple for extra charge (please ask) Any other guests charged per night.

We stay in the downstairs section of the house with our own bed, kitchen, toilet and entrance so you can be unaware we are there. We also have a property in Manchester so spend some time there

Absolutely No smoking inside the house but there is a designated smoking area outside of the front.

You can pay the deposit over a few weeks to make it more affordable.
Payment taken in cash every 2 weeks, 2 weeks upfront. 4 weeks notice required to leave which will be taken from deposit if not given.
