Spacious listed lodge

Thanks for checking out my ad. Our home is in a charming listed lodge that is full of character.

You will be living with myself and my dog Delilah, we are on the ground floor, so easily accessible, with a front garden and veranda which is accessed through beautiful French doors.

I live with my 3 year old dog Delilah who is great with people but nervous with other dogs.

Ideally I’d like a tenant who can stay for at least 2 months and would be ok with living with Delilah.

I spend half my time working from home and half in the office, there is no WiFi but we can look to install this if it is something you require.

The room is furnished but feel free to make your own finishing touches too. There is a single bed in the room but it could fit a 3/4 bed if you prefer.

There is plenty of worktop space in the kitchen if you enjoy cooking too.

This room is available from December 1st for someone looking to rent for a minimum of two months.
