We have a lovely cosy double room available in our professional house share in Malvern from March.

This cosy room is on the ground floor of the house and is furnished with a double bed and mattress, desk/chair, wardrobe & chest of drawers. There is a shared bathroom on the first floor, additionally, there is a ground floor WC.

There is a spacious shared kitchen with all mod cons including a range style cooker, fridge-freezers, washer/dryer, microwave, kettle and toaster, we also provide all of the crockery and cutlery, cooking utensils, cups and glasses etc. There's a lovely bright sitting room with leather sofas and a flatscreen TV in which to enjoy your downtime. The house is totally equipped with everything you need, we also provide a cleaner once a fortnight for the communal rooms and wifi is complimentary.

There is private driveway parking for 3 cars with ample additional parking on the road outside the house.

All bills are inclusive, gas, water, electric and council tax, so all you pay is one monthly amount.

You must be in full-time employment to apply for a tenancy in this property. Single occupancy only. £475 security deposit payable. We are private landlords.
